The 'What Pig?' Workshop
A chance to talk all things pig, sharing ideas and having a good look at different breeds with a visit to Nunwell Home Farm in the morning to see their beautiful free range pigs and ask them lots of questions. Then lunch including home reared pork and salami and then a look at small scale pig keeping/ feeding and housing.... and of course coffee tea and cake all day

Duck from Field to Fork
Share in this important part of our mission as we understand the true worth of the food we eat. Learn how to kill, pluck and gut poultry for delicious and cruelty free meat.
Tea, coffee and cake throughout and our own coq au vin for lunch.

Fencing 101
Christy will share his knowledge and tips from many hours of fencing on a small scale and we will learn the skills through this hands on workshop. Doing your own fencing can save you hundreds of pounds as well as time. This workshop covers electric fencing, tensioning, gates, strainers and the right tool for the job. Coffee, tea and cake to keep everyone going all day and a warming stew and homemade bread from our pantry for lunch.

Permaculture Island
Join us at Level Land with our friends Lucy and Gav the faces behind Permaculture Island - and incredible 1.6 acre permaculture paradise in Niton.

They will be sharing their knowledge and giving us on the ground suggestions for the land here at the farm. There will be lots of time for Q and A over a delicious lunch and tea and coffee.

Natural Dyeing and Spinning
Play with colour with a range of natural dyes including having a go at dyeing with woad and indigo. Learn to card and spin your own yarn and talk all things woolcraft with Ali. Tea, coffee and cake to sustain us as we work and a delicious lunch prepared with our own produce.
