This is a little group aimed at anyone who is finding themselves stressed, unhappy, or isolated in these times, and who might benefit from learning some tips on how to stay calm and centred whilst also connecting with others who may be struggling. I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and also have many years’ experience of mindfulness and meditation and energy healing, and work both with individuals and with groups.
